Ayushi Agarwal

Ayushi is a Ph.D. scholar at the Faculty of Law, University of Oxford and Junior Dean at St Hilda’s College. Her research focuses on the regulation of emerging technology, particularly, human enhancement technology. Her work has appeared in international peer-reviewed journals and has been presented at Universities ranging from Cambridge, Siena, Rotterdam and Lisbon. She has taught as a Lecturer at Queen’s College and as Tutor at Mansfield College. Her legal work experience encompasses the chambers of Justice Chandrachud, who became the Chief Justice of India in November 2022; DeJusticia in Latin America, the Bonavero Institute of Human Rights in the UK, and most recently, the United Nations to judge a human rights competition. Ayushi is passionate about mentorship, social change, and equality.
