Courtney has been a lifelong traveller, beginning with her time in high school in Rennes, France. She subsequently spent the next half decade in the idyllic university town of Cambridge, focusing on Economics and Law while serving as captain of the varsity golf team. During her time there, she also pursued certificates in French and Spanish. Courtney won the UK Undergraduate of the Year award, earning her an internship at Rolls-Royce. She also was able to teach English abroad in Thailand thanks to her Deutsche Bank Start-Up Scholarship. Following university, Courtney worked in aerospace at Rolls-Royce, the World Economic Forum, and most recently at Atento Capital. Her current work in venture capital focuses on identifying and investing in promising aerospace and drone startups. In the summers, she enjoys teaching business classes to students.
