Through case studies, simulations, and discussions, analyze how factors such as regulation, technology, globalization, and sustainability influence modern enterprise. Study the evolution of business from the industrial age to the digital era, investigating the strategies and mindsets that define successful entrepreneurs and organizations. Learn the fundamentals of management, finance, marketing, and leadership while exploring the psychology of decision-making and the ethical responsibilities of business leaders. Collaborate in small teams to design and refine your own business venture, developing a concept, building a plan, and pitching it to a panel for feedback.
